TMI2243D is a wide input voltage, fixed 5V output voltage, high efficiency active CC step-down DC/DC converter that operates in either CV (Constant 5V Output Voltage) mode or CC (Constant Output Current) mode with USB D+/D- detection function. TMI2243D provides up to total 2.75A output current limit at 5V output. Maximum 100% duty cycle could be obtained. TMI2243D internal integrate 75mΩ high side and 40mΩ low side power MOSFET. TMI2243D can automatically provide the correct electrical signatures on the data lines to charge compliant devices among Apple.
