TMI2293Q is a wide input voltage, high efficiency active CC step-down DC/DC converter that can operate in either CV (Constant Voltage) or CC (Constant Current) output mode. TMI2293Q provides up to typical 3.4A current limit at 5V output with 18mΩ current sense resistor. Maximum 100% duty cycle could be obtained. TMI2293Q internal integrates a high side P-MOSFET with Rdson=60mΩ and a low side N-MOSFET with Rdson=30mΩ. Advanced protection features include UVLO, Thermal Shutdown, Soft Start, input OVP and output OVP.
