TMI2294 is a wide input voltage, high efficiency stepdown DC/DC converter that can operate in either CV (Constant Voltage) or CC (Constant Current) output mode. TMI2294 provides up to typical 3.4A current limit at 5V output with 18mΩ current sense resistor. Maximum 100% duty cycle could be obtained. TMI2294 integrates a high side P-MOSFET with Rdson=55mΩ and a low side N-MOSFET with Rdson=32mΩ. Advanced protection features include UVLO, Thermal Shutdown, Soft Start, input OVP and output OVP.
