The TMI6038 is a low-dropout regulator with fixed output voltage 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V. It provides up to 300mA output current with input voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V. It has 1.5µA very low quiescent current and is suitable for battery powered equipment with longer application life. TMI6038 is designed to work with low ESR ceramic capacitors to reduce the amount of the PCB area. The TMI6038 is available in a SOT23-5 RoHS compliant package.
