The TMI6201A-XX series are 18V input voltage CMOS LDO. It offers ultra-low quiescent current 2.5μA typical and high output accuracy. These series have five different fixed output voltage version: 5.0V, 3.3V, 3.0V, 2.8V and 2.5V. An 10μF ceramic output capacitor can make the device stable over the whole load range current. Other key features include output current limit protection.TMI6201A-XX is available in SOT23-3 package.
