The TMI6056 series are low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulators with enable function that operates from 1.4V to 5.5V input voltage range. It provides up to 600mA output current and offers fast load transient performance. TMI6056 is output voltage adjustable version with 0.8V reference voltage and is available in SOT23- 5 package. TMI6056D is output voltage adjustable version with 0.55V reference voltage and is available in DFN2x2-6 package. TMI6056-XX and TMI6056D-XX are fixed output voltage versions with SOT23-5 and DFN2x2-6 package types respectively. The TMI6056 series devices are stable with the ceramic output capacitor over its wide input range from 1.4V to 5.5V and the entire range of output load current (0mA to 600mA). The devices have other key features include over current protection and over thermal protection and output auto- discharge function.
