The TMI3341C is a high efficiency 600kHz switching frequency synchronous Buck DC-DC converter with capability of delivering up to 1.5A current. TMI3341C integrates both high and low side switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size are achieved with 600kHz switching frequency.
The TMI3341C requires a minimum number of external components and it is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 RoHS compliant package.
