The TMI3342B is a high efficiency 500kHz switching frequency synchronous Buck DC-DC converter with capability of delivering up to 2A current. TMI3342B integrates both high and low side switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size are achieved with 500kHz switching frequency.
The TMI3342B requires a minimum number of external components and it is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 RoHS compliant package.
